Will the iPod accessories-i.e. iPod docking station, etc only work for iPods?
I have a Sansa Fuze and wanted to know if the are accessories for it?

Yes, they’re called iPod accessories for a reason..
Well, some will have a port on the back for other MP3 players to be plugged in, however ones with an iPod dock on the front will only hold iPods due to the ports on an iPod.
Check the tech specs of the accessory you are looking at.

In general, yes. Any device that uses the ipod connector (the one that plugs into the ipod for syncing) will not work with anything other than ipods.
But, some speaker systems just use a standard headphone jack to connect to the ipod or mp3 player, and these will work with your sansa as well.
ipod accessories will work for any mp3 player or anything else with a headphone jack. go to a store and they can hook u up.
The ipod docking station will work on any audio equipment. All you need is a jack to jack lead. There will most likely be a jack port on the docking station. Simply put one end in the dock and one end in the headphone part of the produce.
