Why does my ipod dock only play when the ipod is tilted forward?
(My ipod dock is fairly new and has had no damage. Recently, when I put my ipod nano in, the music doesnt play properly unless I tilt it forward at an angle. I have then propped it up with something behind it.
Does anyone have any suggestions,ideas, advice,knowledge or thoughts about this? I would be REALLY REALLY grateful. Thanks

Your iPod came with a dock insert meant to serve that purpose and it’s made just for your model iPod. It has to be in the dock just so in order for all 30 pins to connect.
