what is the best and reasonably priced car audio adapter for my ipod?

i want to play my ipod through my car stereo but i only have a radio and cd player. I dont want an Fm transmitter cuz they suck and the quality is horrible. Can anyone give me a suggestion and maybe a link. Thanks
