What are some good apps to get if you jailbreak your iphone/itouch on version 2.1?

I have recently jailbroken my ipod touch and i am getting an iphone 3g soon, and i want to jailbreak my future iphone as well. I want to know what are some good apps to get on my itouch, since it is jailbroken. Like some stuff to make it looks cool like themes,docks,battery,logos and games. Also i want to know some good stuff for the iphone as well
