I have heard Bluetooth is best, but there is also USB, AUX output, wireless FM transmitter and even car stereos with iPod docks. I’d think a direct connect without wireless would be best, but I really don’t know.

I currently have a Monster iCarPlay Wireless 800 FM Transmitter and the little tuning button on it likes to move on it’s own and it also seems sometimes it isn’t fully connected so I get seconds of static then the song comes back, like if I shift the car and hit the wire, it jiggles it loose. Not to mention the sound quality just SUCKS! When I turn my music up, if someone sings something that starts with S – it’s just distorted and crappy.

I am looking for a completely different sound quality from that and was pretty much wondering what everyone else’s opinion is.

Well, my BFs birthday is in two weeks and when he came to town two days ago, we ended up going to Wally World to try and find one of these. Problem was, the cheapest one they had was ! Well, my bf’s birthday is in two weeks and I’d like to get one of these for him, and I was sure I could find a much better deal online.

I found one for but honestly, it almost seems too good to be true. What do you think?

It operates using radio frequency, which I kind of like only because in one of his trucks has a CD player whereas the other uses a tape deck, so this adapter would work for both. However, the fact that it operates on radio frequency also makes it sound shoddy to me. Would he get static, then, or would the sound quality be just fine?

What do you think? Its only , but I’d like to get some opinions before I buy it as a gift for him.

Thanks!

I was wondering if combining these two products would allow me to listen to my iPod shuffle through my car stereo’s FM frequency. The car stereo is factory installed, so there is no place to input a cable. I would need the wireless FM transmitter, however these are designed for almost everything but the iPod shuffle. So I thought perhaps if I combined the Dock Adapter with the wireless FM transmitter, I may be able to listen to my favorite tunes while driving. Does anybody know if this would work? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
