Your Source Of iPod Docks Information
I’m trying to find parts to build my own custom computer, a home built version of Sony’s Vaio Z series Power Media Dock. It will be far from an exact duplicate; that wouldn’t be powerful enough for my needs. It would really help if the websites included some sort of chat room so that I could ask about parts that I’m having a hard time finding, but it’s not a requirement. I only ask because I haven’t found any truly *helpful* websites.
I am running xp on my sony vaio I recently had to recover the c drive partition but all worked fine for a while. some things like keyboard and mouse and wireless adapter work but sony camera dock and lexmark printer will not. I get code 10 errors.
i am debating between getting the iPhone 3G or the Sony Xperia? i have a macbook pro computer and a stereo with an ipod dock so thats why i think that the iphone would be much more "convenient". let me know what you think!!
Last week the area I live in was hit with massive amounts of lighting three days in a row. After one of these storms I went to play my ipod on the speaker system I have and found it would not work. It would turn it on and then immediately it would come up saying error. Does anyone know if there is some way to try to reset it? Any other suggestions on ways to try to fix it would be great. It is the Sony personal audio docking system RDP-XF100iP. Thanks!
I have a big speaker from a Sony cd player,i kept the speaker to try and add more bass to songs coming from my ipod dock unfortunately the wires from the back of the speaker dont have a head for connecting the speaker to the docking station so i was wondering if you could give me any low budget ideas to connect them? don’t be a prick please i really need to know
Hey so the subject basically says it all, but i was wondering if it’s possible to hook up extra external speakers to the Sony ICF-CS10iPBLK iPod + iPhone Speaker Dock/Clock Radio to add more volume. Thanks in advance!
i buyed a sony handycam in rs 30000 which was worth 60000 from dock . i paid a shop rs500 and the shopkeeper made me a bill of that handycam now after 3 months its screen got some spots on it which i wanted to repair so can the service centre repair it without recognising that its a stolen item .
I bought a Sony docking station and the speakers are really good however i can only plug my ipod into it via the thing that the bottom of the ipod has (not the headphone jack the other thing), is there a cable that can allow me to plug other mp3s or my computer into the docking station? I recently got a Sony Clie, I plugged the charger dock into my Windows Vista and placed the PDA on the dock. Nothing is happening. The computer isn’t even reading that there is a USB plugged in. I’ve been searching for things to download to get it to run. But nothing is helping. Could anyone help me?? PLease
I have an iPod 4 and I couldn’t plug it into my Sony dock. The sony dock is The standard 30 pin but when place the iPod on it it does not go in. It just sits on top of the plug. My dock is fine and it works well with my other apple products (iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod 1 gen) how come it docent work with my iPod 4
I bought a Official Sony PlayStation Headset today and on the instructions and online it says that I can use it while it’s charging in the charging dock but every time I put it in the charging dock it disconnects I try to reconnect but it won’t do it what can I do?
Recently i have been having an issue getting my iPod Classic (80gb) to charge from my sony CDX-GT430IP head unit. The iPod has worked great with the unit for probably about 8 months. For about a day or two i have noticed there is no charging symbol on the battery meter on the iPod. I tried pluging in my iPhone 3g and the phone charges with no problem. I then plugged my car charger in to my iPod, works, then plugged my iPod into my surround sounds dock, it charges just fine. I’m wondering if my 2 year old iPod needs a new battery after being charged virtually nonstop by the head unit while I’m driving. I’m leaving for college in a few days and would love for it not to die on the multi-hour drive. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I recently bought a Sony SW10Ti ipod dock, and am having real difficulty finding extra speakers for it. It operates wirelessly and transmits at Radio Frequency 2.4Ghz, any help would be appreciated.

Yeah i got a sony radio with ipod dock (can’t find any specifics on the box ecept for "Dream Machine") and it will not play any sound i’m sure its a simple thing but i can’t fix it…any help would be greatly apreciated

I just got my new Camera and this is the first time i’ve needed to charge it. I don’t have the wall charger with me but I have the Dock. If you plug the dock into the computer and put the Camera on it does it charge? It is not turnning on yet so i am wondering if it has to be on to charge on the dock?
I don’t have anything with me i’m at my friends house and can’t get back for a while. I’ve already checked the sony website.

I just got a 150 dollar gift card for Christmas, and I’m not sure what I should buy. I don’t really play 360 games anymore because of college and studying I got and the ones I wanted I got for Christmas. I’m not sure if I should get anything or should I just save it.

- I have IPod Classic 120GB (touch is to small for my music collection and I have Iphone)
- I got a Samsung Blueray player 6 months ago.
- I have a Yamaha Sound System with IPod/IPhone Dock
Thats why I’m kinda confused. I take very good care of my stuff and most of my electronics are less than 2 years old.
Good Idea About Laptop Ram. I Might upgrade mine to 8GB of DDR3, which could be useful when I need to run big engineering programs.

I’ve checked the bios and my windows vista control panel says the 1394 bus is working fine.
Perhaps there is a setting on my camera that is not correct? Or maybe there’s a setting on my computer that could be wrong?
I am currently using the Sony Handycam dock to connect the camera to my laptop.
Do I have/Can I keep the Sony Wireless Headset in the dock charger when it’s already charged but not in use? And should I leave the USB cable in the PS3 USB port if so?
