ive got an ipod dock, really old ipod it went dead for a while cos the battery refused to charge wit the chargers for the newer models, after a month i used the old one n it started charging but nw all the songs that were on the ipod are not listed anymore on the paly list. the song settings n categorys are listed on the ipod bu the songs arent its plain blank. how can i retrieve the songs cos they are songs that are hard to find. pls help,

I’m looking into buying a vehicle. A majority of the new models come with an Input Jack specifically for MP3 players. I was wondering if it was possible to buy a docking system solely for charging, have your iPod docked and charging and still playing through the system? I’m just trying to avoid buying and FM transmitter because they are junk. I need to find a way to play directly through the stereo system while charging.

you no the little white dock that comes with all ipod models wats the use it doesnt fit the ipods???

Most stores now only sell accessories for the latest iPod models. Is there a good place in San Diego to find accessories for previous generation iPod models?

I have to choose between the iPod nano, iPod classic, and iPod touch. I’m not one of those people with a hundred GBs of music. Actually, right now, I only have about 3GB worth.

I’m planning on getting an iPhone next summer, when a new model is released. Based on that info, which one of these models do you think would be the best choice?

My dock came with my iphone 2g, will it work with the 3g and 3gs models aswell?
