P.S. Do you know if it’s at all possible to use an Ipod alarm to turn on speakers, you know, for waking up and all.
The sony also only has 1 review, so, a 5 star rating isn’t too amazing if it’s from only 1 person

Anyone have the Klipsch iGroove SXT? it costs about 150 dollars it is much less expensive than the Bose speaker systems… I just want to make sure that its a good product for the price…

I’m trying to buy some HIFI equipment for ipod/pc use (mp3s if i don’t have better sound files). Now I’m left with a decision I researched quite heavily and it seems to me if I buy a ipod docking system the best one to use is probably the Jamo i300 or the Klipsch iGroove. The igroove got fantastic reviews for the price but i could spend more money and get the jamo but would it be worth it for the price?? My other problem is it’s only my girlfriend who wants me to get a docking system because they look nicer (namely the igroove) as I was looking at the fatman amps or some cambridge audio amps and some nice speakers then buying a lead to connect them through the bottom of the ipod. So round two of questions goes like this, is the fatman worth it or are tubes not so good for amps out of the guitar arena, if so which amp should i get, and finally would this actually be better than purchasing the docking systems as then can charge and provide all needed?
I also wasn’t looking to spend more than £400 less if poss. and don’t need too much volume.

towards the end of the paragraph i meant would it be worth getting separate hifi parts when a docking system would do all and charge the ipod

It says it charges my ipod model, but when i put the itouch on it said "charging is not supported by this accessory"

Lately I been looking for speakers for my ipod.Nothing in the stores caught my eye so I looked on the apple website. They have a lot of nice looking speakers but the problem is I cant see them in person and I dont know IF they have a good quality sound. I want speakers that are loud but does not get disorted. i am looking to get some really nice portable ipod speakers… i have a little speaker now but i want to go kinda bigger.
i am looking for something that i can take to the beach that i do not have to plug into a wall or anything.
i have been looking at the Klipsch iGroove but i don’t know if that is mobile. so any suggestions on speakers that are not to pricey or could be found on ebay would be great!

Bought a klipsch igroove original version off ebay a couple weeks back. However, there is no sound coming out at all when i plug in my ipod/iphone. Any solution to fix this?

2.Bose SoundDock Digital Music System
3.Klipsch iGroove
I am really wanting the inMotion iM7 because it is so portable. I think Bose is overrated just because of it’s name. I don’t know much about the iGroove.

yeah I was doing some research on ipod speakers, and i wanted to know how to tell if the system has a strong bass sound. hz? watt?
