I want to play some music on holloween but I don’t know if I should get an auxiliary cord or a dock… I have an iPod touch 2g 3.0 and want good quality.. Is this possible with either?

Okay. My ipod broke the other day. :[ and im going to buy an Ipod touch (the second generation). I was looking for cases and it says "compatible with the 1st generation of Ipod Touch". I was wondering what the difference is between the two to see if that case would work on the ipod im getting. Any answers?

I have been looking all over the internet and a lot of the docking stations say its compatible with "iPhone and iPod" or "compatible with Apple iPod" or something like that, and a few say "Compatible with iPod Touch" but others say only iPod Touch 1G, so I’m really confused if it is or isn’t compatible with the iPod touch 2G… anyway, do you know if these 3 docking stations are compatible with the iPod Touch 2G?
Philips DC910/37
Philips DC177/37
Philips DCM230

Thank you so much!
okay… I’m confused! All docking stations work with all ipods, some just dont play? So then, why does it say compatible with: so and so if you are saying it is compatible with everything

I have an iPod Touch. My old docking station is a couple years old and does not work with the new iPod.

Here is the problem.

When I bought my iPod Touch I registered it to a computer. When I try to plug it into a different computer, it warns me that I will lose all my applications if I switch computers. The original computer that I registered my iPod to no longer exists so I need a new host computer.

I do not want to lose the information on my iPod, they are too important. How can I change computers without losing the info on my iPod?

Thank you.

Since I have an iPod nano, I am wondering if the iPod Touch I am looking to buy will be compatible with the iPod nano accessories and products? Like, the charger, and iTunes. Once I plug the new iPod in, will it automatically pick up iTunes and begin downloading the songs I already have purchased and downloaded to my iTunes ?

I want to get an iPod Touch, but I’m not sure that it will work with my speakers that I already have, the iLive ICR6806DT Digital Clock Radio with iPod Docking Station (White). Does anyone know if it will work with the newest iPod Touch?

At the moment, I have an ipod nano. I am hoping to get an ipod touch for christmas. My current ipod has lots of songs that I would rather not pay for again. How do I get my songs onto the ipod touch without paying for them again?

I just bought a protective cover for my iPod touch, which totally protects the whole thing. Now my problem is that it doesn’t fit into the iPod dock of my portable Bose system. The protective cover does come with its own modified dock, my question is, how do I remove the one that’s already there? I’m talking about that little white plastic thing.

I don’t have the latest update for my ipod but i made sure to download applications that were compatible to my ipod touch. I have ealrier versions of the game? So how do i get the apps on my ipod?

How come when i plug my ipod touch usb adapter into my ipod, then into the xbox 360, nothing happens? I want to listen to my songs on my ipod touch, but nothing shows up o the screen, please help? My ipod usb adapter works because i charge my ipod everyday on the computer.

I asked my mom for christmas for an ipod touch but i am worried about it being expensive and because of that my mom said she may not get it for me because of that?

What si the cost difference of the ipod touch in comparison to the normal ipod and the iphone ? Is the ipod touch closer to the cost of the iphone or a normal ipod?

Give me as much info as you can and the best one gets best answer.

When i plug in speakers, or plug the iPod touch to my radio dock, it always auto switches to the music player. Is there a way to make it stay on the current application?
It’s annoying because if I start something on youtube, and then plug in the speakers, it will auto switch to the music player.

I have a dock/CD player/radio for my iPod Nano, but I got a Touch 2G and gave my nano to my sister. Are there any adapters so that the dock will charge the Touch? Right now, the dock will play its music but the iPod says that the accessory is not for that touch. Thanks!

If not, what are some other good accessories for the iPod Touch 2G?

Thanks!

I just bought an Ipod touch, and in the box there are two pointless accessories. One is a clear plastic clip like thing. The other is a white little thing that looks like it would fit on one of the ends. Does anyone know what these are for?

Alright. So I have an Ipod Touch. This is the third time it broke. I sent it back to apple and It is on back order. They said about 2-3 moths til’ I will get money or a new one. So, I decided I am going to buy a cheap mp3 player while I wait for that. I really can’t live without music. This what I found. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=8031583
How would I put songs on there. Would it be like this one http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=7942214 where you record the music…? Thanks

However, when the ipod is docked, i can stop the music with my remote control to the docking station? Im very confused by this. I don’t know if it is a setting on my ipod which i have to change. Please help!!!
