Best Crimp Caps for Car Radio?

fwi, i have a 1997 honda accord and have a dual ipod dock radio station. What gauges of crimp caps should be used?
What is the gauge/size on those?

    IPod Touch 2nd Generation won't play on iPod dock?

    I had the Emerson Research iPod dock for a bit more than two years now, and for the first good year and a half, my iPod touch 2g (up to date) played fine. But for the last few months, it only makes a faint static noise when I switch it to the iPod function. It plays the radio fine, so the speakers arnt the problem, and it also charges the iPod and shows they’re connected, it just won’t play music! It’s very frustraiting and isn’t mentioned in the instruction manual. FYI it works fine on other docks, car jacks, etc.
    Does anyone know the problem and/or solution? Thanks

        Is this a good wedding gift idea for my future husband?

        My fiance needs a new ipod, he has the first generation mini and it’s so old it won’t even play on the ipod dock on our car (we have to use my iphone, which is annoying for phone calls). We are going on our honeymoon a week after our wedding, and we will be driving for 26 hours to Miami. Needless to say, we will need lots of music!

        I want to get him a new ipod nano and engrave a special message commemorating our wedding on the back. I will preload it with lots of his favourite music so that we can plug it into the car as it is and away we go!

        Thoughts? Good / bad idea?

                  Preventing damage to car seats…?

                  I got a free (instead of payment for helping on the farm i got a car) 1982 cutlass supreme coup. It was in pretty bad shape but i am slowly getting it fixed up. I have had the interior all redone and just got it back now. Digital dash, new radio/cd/ipod dock/dash. Have huge subs and stuff like that under the seats. Ive had the racer style bucket seats in the front with a black leather 2inch outline around the seat and in the back the same but a full bench seat

                  My 2 year old male intact cattle dog come everywhere with me, and often sits in the front passenger side, How can i ensure no damage to my seats and still have him go everywhere with me? He is very good and sits calmly no matter where we go. He has gone on coast to coast (canada) trips with me. And even all the way to Florida. I just dont want me seats ruined? any ideas please?
                  i just had my cars INTerior redone..The road trips were before it was redone.

                      IPOD Virgin needs info?

                      Pardon me for being such an old relic – but I have not gotten an Ipod yet and I need some info. First – please note- the thing I really need it for is IN MY CAR. The CD player in my car has never worked well — never will – I am too rough on my cars (live on 20 acre farm – lots of dust & dirt in the Jeep). So — could I finally get music in the car via an Ipod?? I do not want to do it with earbuds – cops wont let you in my state.

                      Ipod 4th generation Nano and car connection problems?

                      I bought a Belkin cord to connect my ipod to the auxiliary jack in my car..the only problem is I can barely hear the bass and the music dies out under the sound of the engine! I have to turn most songs to the max volume of my car stereo, but it still feels like I’m listening to music on a laptop or old radio. I have pretty nice speakers in my car; and when I listen to the radio or cds the bass is solid and the volume of the music increases as my speed increases.

                      This is a hard thing to explain to the people at the Ipod or electronic stores..and I don’t think the cord is defective…and I don’t want to spend too much on those fm transmitters or devices that are profesionally installed in the vehicle.

                      Please help if you have any suggestions! This is just unsatisfying b/c I got an ipod so I wouldn’t have to keep so many cds in my car.
                      And, if you have any thoughts on a good and affordable Ipod dock/speakers that I can play my music out loud at home and charge my ipod with.

                      I have just connected a new Logik stereo to my 30GB IPod, via the Logik IPod dock using a 3.5mm audio cable, the dock is also connected to a power supply. I can get sound from the stereo speakers if I use the headphone jack at the top, but not when I connect it through the proper connection on the dock?
                      This is really baffling me and I would so much prefer not to have a large cable sticking out of my Pod when I am using a dock that will hide it! Seems a waste of money…

                      There are no buttons on the dock, its a universal IPod dock. The speakers work as previously stated they work when connected through the actual IPod rather than through the dock.

                      I need help selecting a sound system for around $300?

                      I’m looking for a 5.1 channel surround sound system for no more than 0 (will bend if it’s extremely nice or an amazing deal).

                      Right now my top choice is the Onkyo HTSR600 (second choice was the Onkyo HT-SR700S), though that doesn’t have a CD/DVD player or iPod dock, and no HDMI. DVD player is not necessary, the whole DVD upconversion fad is a wad of crap, but a CD player would be nice.

                      Ipod dock would be good as well, though I can always but it separately. I have a 42" plasma and a PS3 and plenty of Blu-Rays so I want some good sound.

                      HDMI also not a necessity, but it would be nice. I could always go optical audio.

                      Any help would be much appreciated.

                      I’ve been looking at docks for my iPod, such as iHome, and I’ve seen a lot of reviews for them where people say that these docks are either great or they break within the first six months. Does anyone own an iPod dock with an alarm clock, and if so, do you like it?

                      Portable ipod dock with good sound quality?

                      I am a music teacher and use my ipod during lessons. I’m looking for an ipod dock that’s portable, but that’s got great sound quality as it’ll have a lot of noise to compete with! The iLab iQue one I have isn’t very loud and the sound is tinny. I know that Bose make great docking stations but they’re really pricey. Any other suggestions?? Thanks.
