Your Source Of iPod Docks Information
I bought a dock for my iPhone and it is loose. I tried it on other cars and it fits great and doesn’t move around while driving.
Can i get this at an Autozone or Pepboys or do i have to go to a salvage yard and get it from another celica. Since i think second option would fall on the same problem, is it possible to use the socket from another car?!?!?!?

I don’t neccesarily need to have a charging dock for the iPhone in the car, I just want to play music in the car through the headphone jack. However, I do not see an aux in port in the car for a cable to plug into from the iPhone. Again, it’s a 2003 Jeep Liberty. Also, I would prefer not to use an FM Transmitter of any kind, which is an easy solution for any vehicle. I would like to use an actual wire or cable for an auxillary-in audio connection in this specific car model. Any help please?
I understand that the 2003 Jeep Liberty does not have an aux-in port factory-installed (most old cars don’t) but aren’t there adapters and other accesories or services that can be used to put such a port in? This is the sort of solution I’m looking for. Thank you.
I am looking for a new FM transmitter for my car and my car does not have an auxiliary port. I would like the transmitter to have the ability to play my iPhone 3G as well as my iPod classic, charge my iPhone and have a dock where my iPhone can sit.
I have heard good things about Griffin, but I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with any of their products (or of belkin/any other good companies)
please let me know of any good fm transmitters that meet the requirements i have listed, if they provide good quality sound, or any other problems you have had with them
(price is not a factor)
- i would prefer if the fm transmitter came with a steering wheel mounted remote, but if not, it’s not a big deal
So I want to buy an iHome Clock radio for my iPhone but I’ve found that the ones made to work for the iPod only are much cheaper than those made to work for the iPhone. Since they have the same functions I’m wondering if someone has tried and knows if the dock fits the iPhone as well and works in order for me to save some money. (I have the 1st generation iPhone)

I bought the full version of iPhoneRingtoneMaker, and it worked fine (well sometimes ringtones go missing randomly…) until today, when it suddenly got the "no iPhone connection found, please make sure your iPhone is docked" error. The only changes I made were I upgraded iTunes to the newest version today, and I backed up my iPhone in iTunes. Other than that I didn’t do anything with the iPhone. iTunes as well as my laptop would recognize that my iPhone is connected, however the program stubbornly says "no connection found" each time I want to send over a ringtone, it’s getting really frustrating. Does anyone know of a solution to this?

I want a new phone, and a new ipod. I have at&t I figured the iphone would be a good choice?But I don’t know if I should just get the itouch and just another phone. Although I know the iphone prices have docked down.
What happens when the phone rings and I’m listening to music? Especially if I have it docked on an iPod dock (assuming you can put the iPhone on a dock). Will the ringer interrupt the music? Will the ringer be as loud as I have the music playing?

I own an iphone 3g, and all the clock/speaker/ihome docks i’ve used make me put my iphone in airplane mode to prevent any sound interference. BUT THIS MEANS I CANT RECEIVE CALLS OR TEXTS!! does anyone know of any models of speakers that don’t make you go into airplane mode? maybe if a cord was used to connect the iphone instead of a dock, then the iphone could be positioned far enough away to prevent interference…?
I understand Bose is the ‘daddy’ when it comes to audio quality, which I agree with. But how does the BeatBox by Monster fare against the sounddock 10 through the following points: (the sounddock 10 is the big flagship model from bose for the iphone/ipod docking music player).

I have tried two different docking stations, one ilive and one philips, both of them freeze my iPhone when docked. Once I hit the iPod button to play music, it crashes and I have to restart my phone. Any suggestions?

Well, we love doing both photography and listening to music, and if we were to go with one of the cameras, it would be our first dslr. Could you point out why to choose the canon over the nikon? And if there were any other places to get it cheaper? Thanks
Every time I plug my iPhone into my iHome alarm clock while running Pandora, it plays songs for about ten minutes and then Pandora just exits to the main screen. Is it my phone or Pandora or the alarm clock?

I just jailbroke my iphone 4 today with limra1n or something like that and I tried downloading five icon dock and switcher and the column one. The column springboard works but the other two doesn’t, I’m on 4.1 and I know nothing about cydia…. also, can you recommend good apps? Thanks.
I’ve bought an ipod docking station for my iphone, when i put it on to play music it says its not compatable yet in the booklet it says it is. what is the best one to get for the 3gs?

I want a dock that is compatible with the iPhone 3GS and can hold the phone sideways for video playback. I also want the speakers to be on the front of the dock. Not pointed outwards on the sides. It would be nice if it was small and portable to bring with me at ease. If you could include links to websites if at all possible, that’d be great!
