Your Source Of iPod Docks Information
I am looking for a iHome for my iPhone 4 it doesnt have to be an ihome just a speaker with a dock *PREFFERABLY* a clock not a must the probelm is i had the old iP90 and it sucked the volume was really bad i need something LOUD LIKE A BOSE not as much just something like it im willing to spend up to 0 the thing is i want it to be loud but a good quality item also not something that will break in a few months>>> thank you DOUBLE POINTS FOR THIS QUESTION!
I have a couple of questions. But let me fill you in on the details I have an ipod video (30gb) and the headphones insert dosent work. But when I plug it in to the dock on my Ihome it works fine. Im buying a car soon and Id like to play it on my AUX. Is their a piece equipment that will plug the dock to the headphone insert in the car? And also if I just want to fix it how much would it cost to fix the audio on it? Please Help Me.

ok so lately my ipod nano hasnt been working. It worked like 2 weeks ago in my car and on my iHome dock but not anymore. I have restarted it many times. The back light doesnt go on either. it takes a while to turn on. it only works when i plug it in to my computer to listen to music. It also has a full battery. could the ipod completely die soon like have to replace it with a new one? thanks for your help!
the ipod is prolly like 2nd generation. so couple years old at least. so my fm transmitter and iHome is fine and it could just be the ipod?
I recently got a new iphone 4 case, which i love. but its too thick to dock into my ihome. is there anything i can do to the ihome and/or phone to make it fit? or is there an ihome (doesnt have to be ihome brand) that fits thicker cases? links? thanks.

I have a really old IHome that isn’t compatible with my iPhone, so I’m deciding on a new one to buy. My question is two parts: Are the charging stations for IPad and iPhone worth the purchase and which charging station would you most recommend?
I mainly use my phone as an alarm.
I’ve used this ihome for almost 6 months and it’s always charged my iPhone just fine! I dock it today and nothing happens. What just happened? I need to charge my phone and I have no idea where my wall charger is. I also need my ihome cause that’s what I use for my alarm.
I am just wondering if the iHome ip11 speaker dock charges the new iphone 4 and if it is compatible. Thanks!
I just purchased a refurbished ipod touch 16gb from Apple, and I was looking for accessories like a ihome, cases and such. My question is can you use any ihome or accessories for it or does it need special ipod touch accessories.

I’m looking for a dock extender for my iphone because i have an iHome but i have an otterbox commuter case on my iphone and don’t feel like taking it off every single time i want to use my iHome. so does anyone know of a good dock extender for iphone that will function the same as if i had it hooked up to the actual dock AND WILL CHARGE MY PHONE at the same time?
I read that you can only use the radio if your headphones are plugged in, however, I’m wondering if there is anyway that the radio will work when I dock my iPod on my iHome?
I have an iPhone 3g and because I already broke one, my parents MAKE me use the hard case at all times. I don’t like charging my phone with the regular charger so I always put it on the dock. I also use iHome a lot. With the hard case I have to take off the bottom to make it accessible with the dock which is kind of annoying.
Is there a case in which if would be able to leave on when using a dock or iHome or anything similar? Or possibly a dock that I can buy that will work with my current case?
I just want it to look nice sitting up and charging it. I only buy from local stores. (ex: wallmart, target, best buy) What store would have one at the cheapest price? I want apple brand. No 3rd party docks unless its really nice and cheap. i DONT want a iHome. I don’t even need speakers on the dock. just somewhere i can place my iphone when im not using it and it can charge.
Is there something wrong with my iPhone? When I dock my phone to my iHome it says that charging is not available for this accessory.

i have an ipod nano and ihome and i"car thing" anyways when i connect my ipod nano to the car dock or the ihome it only works like maybe 30% of the time…how do i fix that…my sisters ipod always works on both…what do i do?
hi , i was planning to get the new ipod touch that just came out. i have the ihome iP97BR . the ipod touch 3rd gen. doesn’t fit in the dock. so i didn’t get that one. but i really want to get the ipod touch 4th gen. but i don’t know if it is going to fit into my dock . so is the ipod touch 4th gen have the same dock as the 3rd gen?
For some reason I am unable to watch any type of video while my iPhone (2g) is connected to my new iHome IP1 Studio Series iPhone/iPod Dock. I’m trying to watch them on the phone itself. I know you can plug it
into the tv, but I want to be able to watch them on my phone’s screen. When I try to watch a video, it just plays the audio. And on a music video or movie that I have on the phone, it shows a picture of part of the video on the screen while it plays the audio. Please help!!! Is there any way to fix this?

I am currently writing a technical document (brochure) on the iHome and I need some answers on why this will affect either or both of these devices.
I have heard that the iHome is a good speaker system, but no one can tell me for sure if the iphone works on any of the existing systems and which one is best.
My friend has an ihome that also charges the iPod. Does anyone know one like that but also comes with a remote and is under 0? Thanks!
My Ipod has been having issues when used in conjunction with the iHome and my car radio adapter, specifically:
1. It no longer functions when I dock it on iHome. I thought it was an issue with the iHome, but all other functions of the ihome (alarm, radio, etc..) work fine.
2. The battery drains when in use with my car radio. When I first got my car radio adapter, the ipod would get charged when in use, but now the battery gets used up.
Does anyone have experience with the aforementioned issues?
I’ve had it for 3 years, but barely used it so it’s in great condition. They’d also get an iHome docking station and black headphones to match. I was thinking 300-400$. Does this seem reasonable?

ones and altec lansing and ones an ihome.
i have an altec lansing right now.. but im not sure if ihomes are better.
im worried mostly about sound quality and the fact that it can charge.
what are your favorites? or.. which would you chose out of these two
