Also what are some ok in the ear headphones that are not too expensive?
I have a Video Ipod and the headphone jack just messed up for no reason, and sound only works on one headphone. There nothing wrong with the headphones because i tried another pair. I sent it in for repair today because it is under warranty. Its only 3 months old. My question is, will they just replace the headphone jack, or give me a new Ipod? I sent in my Ipod Nano once because the screen was messed up (not cracked) and they sent me a brand new Ipod instead of putting in a new screen. That would be awesome if they gave me a new Ipod Video because mine has a bunch of scratches on it lol……soo does anyone know?
Thanx
I have an iPod touch, a case for it, a charger, some headphones(not in ear), a Macbook Pro, a hardcase for it, a bag, a cooling stand. What else do I need for these two items. Name it please.
I live in Canada so the shipping must be cheap and not for headphones. I would buy off amazon, but all the headphones/cases don’t ship to Canada. And my mom doesn’t trust ebay either. I’d only like to buy a new case & headphones. Both for under (together)
I’ve had it for 3 years, but barely used it so it’s in great condition. They’d also get an iHome docking station and black headphones to match. I was thinking 300-400$. Does this seem reasonable?
I’ve sold it for 0, I was just wondering b/c my dad was saying they are hard to find and I could sell it for more. Thanks for the feedback. ![]()
i am looking for one that just charges and has a slot to plug in headphones/speakers. i dont need a clock or speakers or anything else i just need it to charge. i have a 5th generation iPod nano and not alot of things work with it because its so new. please help thanks!
I have a problem where my iPod plays nicely in my car (which has a Premier DEH-P310UB stereo), but when I plug headphones in, or try to listen through my bose dock station, there is a lot of static and I just can’t listen to it. Have any solutions?
It’s (The static) always there when I use it on something else, I’ve tried many songs and reseting my ipod, and stereo settings, but to no avail.
I have been searching through countless websites like eBay and amazon, looking for a specific kind of cable that will connect my iPod to my car. I am wondering where I can buy a cable that connects to my car charger and charges my iPod AND plays the songs too WITHOUT having to plug in another aux cable through where the headphones plug in. i just need to find ONE cable that will connect my iPod to my car through the charging dock and play the music! please help before i go crazyyyy!!!
to shorten things: where can i find ANYTHING that allows me to play my ipod using my car stereos without the use of an FM audio transmitter?

I have an incase slider case, wall and car charger, screen protector, i kinda feel like its lacking something though but I do not know what. What do you think? thanks
I forgot to mention I do have some pretty nice headphones already.
Things like headphones, speakers, maybe even combination dvd player?
Protectors and cars mounts as well. I have done a lot of research online but am interested in hearing what other poeple say – not just the search engines.
I accidentally pulled the cord of the headphones, making the ipod fall. There are no scratches, but is there anything to worry about internally? And aren’t nanos built in with flash memory?
I have my ipod in synch with itunes on my home computer and all the songs are stored there. Is there a way to just use my ipod to play through an empty itunes on my work computer? I don’t want to store the songs on my work computer, just to be able to listen to my ipod without headphones through my computer. I don’t even necessarily need to use itunes, but I imagine you have to somehow. Any ideas?
I am planning on buying a new iPod nano (2GB), and I was wondering what else I would need to buy with it. For example, does it include the headphones, battery, charger, USB adapter to get songs, or whatever else I need. Details on prices would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I’m not interested in skins/cases, speakers, or the new waterproof thing they have… just clarifying.
I was wondering what I need to play the radio on my ipod nano through the headphones and also outloud on the dock station? Can you use the same thing to play through both the headphones and the speaker?
I want to be able to listen to my iPod w/o the headphones or computer. I want a reliable product with good sound. There are so many types available and I’ve heard some bad things about some…so if you own a reliable product let me know please.
my headphone jack is completely trashed so i was wondering if there is anyway i can listen to my headphones out of the dock.
thanks!
I have had my ipod touch (Berwick) for about a year and a half now. It’s the 2nd generation with the volume control on the side. The speakers always worked great. But then one day when I put Berwick on my docking station the little bar that shows how loud the volume is did not appear and the music did not play. I thought it was just something I did wrong so i played around with it and it started working again. But now it’s not even playing out of the speakers anymore. And the only way I can hear music is to use my headphones. I don’t mind doing that, but is there any way I can fix this?
My car has an audio-in jack which looks similar to a headphones jack but I don’t know where to purchase an aux adapter for an ipod. I already tried the apple website.
My ipod makes these noises when changing a song–only when connected to a docking station or car charger, not when I use headphones. This is my first ipod, so I have not idea if this is normal or not. It’s an 80 GB Classic if that helps. I’m pretty sure that it’s the sound of changing files, but should I hear it over the speakers?
When I plug in a specific pair of headphones, and I awaken the iPod, my music starts playing. I have a 2nd generation iPod touch running software version 2.2.1. How can I make it stop?
The headphone port on my ipod is broken. I took it to the store and they won’t fix it because it’s not under warranty anymore, and I don’t want to buy a new one yet. I figured that I can still use it if I find headphones that connect to the dock connector (so far I’ve only found one).
Thanks for the answers but does anyone know of any specific headphones?
specifically i have a car charger & headphones that i bought w/ my ipod about 2yrs ago. will they be compatible w/ the new ipod touch? i rather not shell out extra dough on accessories.
I want to know how to, or if i can, position myself in relation to a Bose Sounddock in order to get the ultimate stereo effect to make use of binaural beat recordings….or must i just use headphones with my MP3?
im planning on selling my iPod 30GB. its in good condition. how do u reset all the settings and erase my name and stuff? also wat price is reasonable and where should i sell it? along w/ the ipod im planning on giving headphones and 3 skins.
