So my brand new iPod Nano (4th generation?) will not charge when it is in a Klipsch docking station/speaker?
What types of docking stations will it work with? (I want it to charge while it plays music through the speakers)

I have the same problem. It wont charge in my Bose iDock system or in my car onmy car charger. Its really annoying! Sorry I am no help, but I was searching the same answer.

I don’t know why they do this, but you have to get compatible docking stations — because 4th generation ipods are pretty new, you need a newer docking station. Sations made or third generation ipods usualy play them but will not charge them. Same goes fr car systems.
