On the new ipod touch coming out on september 9th, can you use skype and video chatting?
My birthday is on the second and i’m planning on buying the new ipod touch on the 9th. So since this new ipod is supposed to have a camera and a microphone, will you be able to use skype or video chatting of some sort?

There is no official information regarding a new iPod of any sort coming out, yet. Until there is information though I wouldn’t make a decision to buy or not buy anything. Considering the iPhone already has both the microphone and camera as well as the skype application and you can not do video chatting with it, I wouldn’t hold my breath on being able to do it with the iPod touch.
