Is there anything that I can buy to change a car ipod dock connector to connector for my sansa?

I have an ipod dock connector in my car that allows the radio to play songs from an ipod. I have a sansa, is there any way that I can play my sansa from it. Maybe by buying something that changes the dock connector to a usb connector or line in jack?
