Is it possible to use an iPod Touch to make a computer bluetooth enabled?

Is it possible to connect my iPod touch to my computer via WiFi and then use the bluetooth on the iPod to connect other bluetooth devices to my computer? In other words, bluetooth connects to ipod, ipod connects to computer, computer has bluetooth.
