Ipod Docking station for AV Receiver?
I am looking for a Ipod docking station for a AV receiver that has an optical audio connection between the docking station and the Ipod dock. I want to be able to keep the digital quality of the music going from the Ipod to the AV receiver

The only one I’ve heard of is from Wadia. It’s big and expensive ($350).

Digital quality? At some point it has to be converted to analog. It all depends on whether your iPod or your receiver does a better job of converting it. It all depends on the quality of your music too. A poorly ripped 128kbps MP3 is going to sound like garbage. Apple Loosless or WAV files will sound nice though.
