Ipod?…..?
I have a Video Ipod and the headphone jack just messed up for no reason, and sound only works on one headphone. There nothing wrong with the headphones because i tried another pair. I sent it in for repair today because it is under warranty. Its only 3 months old. My question is, will they just replace the headphone jack, or give me a new Ipod? I sent in my Ipod Nano once because the screen was messed up (not cracked) and they sent me a brand new Ipod instead of putting in a new screen. That would be awesome if they gave me a new Ipod Video because mine has a bunch of scratches on it lol……soo does anyone know?
Thanx

When you say the headphone jack is messed up, do you mean on the ipod or somethings wrong with the headphones? Because usually when you can only hear from one side of your headphones or the sound seems to be blocked, it’s usually something wrong with the cables and wires in the headphone. If you wrap your headphones around your ipod when you’re not listening to it, the part where the wire goes into that protective place is usually bent and has the possibility of breaking a wire. This has happened to me before. All i had to do was buy new headphones. I dont know if they will get you a new ipod, but if they find nothing wrong, they might just tell you to buy a new pair of headphones.
if your screen is cracked and its under waranty they will give you a new one. and if your ipod problem have no solution just like mine my ipod fell on a pool they will give you new one so if you want a new ipod just throw your old ipod in pool and bring it to your distributor hehehehe
i broke my first ipod with video and brought it to apple. Luckily for me, they replaced it with a new one.
