Ipod……………?
I have a Video Ipod and the headphone jack just messed up for no reason, and sound only works on one headphone. There nothing wrong with the headphones because i tried another pair. I sent it in for repair today because it is under warranty. Its only 3 months old. My question is, will they just replace the headphone jack, or give me a new Ipod? I sent in my Ipod Nano once because the screen was messed up (not cracked) and they sent me a brand new Ipod instead of putting in a new screen. That would be awesome if they gave me a new Ipod Video because mine has a bunch of scratches on it lol……soo does anyone know?

LOL, you have a VERY good chance you might get a good brand new Ipod, however an headphone jack could easily be fixed. My click-wheel thing was not responding and they gave me a new Ipod for that! My guess is that they just give a superficial check. Try breaking it a little bit more :] (just kidding)
they would give you a new one if there were any software malfunctioning,headphones problems or any kind of problems.have fun with your new ipod!
if u have ever taken an ipod apart the screen is part of the whole ipod so they have to replace it
the headphone jack might just have some junk in it so the headphones cant go in all the way or it could just be damaged
also because it has lots of scratches it might not be under warranty because they would think that it was damaged
