I'm trying to find speakers or a dock for iPod Touch that also has FM radio and a CD player?

I believe it’s a 2nd Gen iPod Touch. I really want to get the Bose SoundDock Series II but it doesn’t have radio or a CD player. I’m willing to pay up to 0 and I’d like it to have amazing sound quality, just like the Bose. And preferably in black and I don’t want it to be a clock radio. I want a top quality dock, not the cheap crappy stuff.
