How can you transfer applications from a jailbroken ipod that is now not jailbroken to the ipod from itunes?

I transferred my installous apps to the itunes store when my ipod was jailbroken. When i unjailbroke my ipod it took them back off. Now that its not jailbroken, how do i get them back onto the ipod?
