Help with ipod remote and Bose SoundDock Series II?
Ipod photo, 30gb, can’t be controlled by remote of Bose SoundDock Series II. On the Bose site it lists that the ipod is compatible, but the remote does not work.

I’m assuming it’s the 5.5 Gen 30g video ipod… problems abound.
If you updated the ipod the there’s the problem.
The new updates do something to the 5th gens for some reason (I for one couldnt get it to video output to my HDTV)
Try to rest it back if you updated, if not then I would most certainly call Bose.
