Hairline cracks on iPhone 3G S? What to do? I read about it online, will Apple replace my iPhone?
I have a white iPhone 3G S and it has a little crack next to the charging dock thing, I read online and it is called a hairline crack? Will Apple replace my iPhone?

I’m a former Apple tech agent. If this crack developed on it’s own and it’s a thin crack not a spiderweb shatter. Then yes it is a manufacture defect and apple will replace it if under warranty. But if they determine it was due to physical damage they will charge you a $199 accidental damage repair fee
