Do ipod accessories work for itouch?
I wanna get an ikareoke(if they still sell it) and I’m also gonna be getting an itouch but will it work for the itouch and not just ipod nanos? also does the itouch include a camera or video?

The iPod Touch does NOT have a camera, though like the rest of the iPods except for the Shuffle, it has video capability, i.e., you can view video content (movies, video podcasts, etc.)
I cannot speak to the iKaraoke, but I imagine it would. To be certain, why not contact the manufacturer directly?
