I have an ipone 3gs, and the MLB at bat app does streaming live games to the phone, it works well. What I need to know and cant find online is if the Apple Universal Dock will send streaming video from apps or what ever is on the iphones screen to the TV????

I have a brand new Bose SoundDock (not the portable kind) and my iPod is about 3 years old 40GB. The iPod used to play through the SoundDock but for no apparent reason the sound no longer comes through. The folks at Apple are baffled as are the folks at Bose. My iPod plays in other Bose SoundDock models and other brands of sound docks but stopped working on this particular model of sound dock. Other iPod models work on my Bose SoundDock (tested with a few different ones). Tested my iPod on the same Bose model in the Apple store and it did not work there either, so it seems it is not my own Bose SoundDock. Tried making sure I had the latest software and rebooted the iPod. No joy. Anyone have this experience?

The computer I use to upload my songs and other media to my ipod isn’t working but I want to still keep all what is on my ipod while adding new things all on a different computer- is there a special way to either download the stuff on my ipod to my other computer or add new stuff w/o deleteing everything else?

I just got a new car and I want to be able to listen to my iPod Touch in my car. I need help between 2 options. The options are:
1. Use my connector that only plays, but doesn’t charge. I feel this might be better because this way I can’t overcharge the battery.
2. Use my other connector that plays AND charges at the same time. This might be better if I’m running low or on a long trip.
I’m afraid the iPod will overcharge and the battery life will shorten. I need help considering which I should do! Please help!!!! Recently I deleted an album off my library while my ipod was still connected to the computer. The album was then taken off my ipod when I ejected it; can I disconnect my ipod first, then delete it off of my library? Is that even possible? I bought an alarm clock app and I want to replace my real alarm clock with this alarm clock app because it shows the weather and news feeds too. But I am well aware of overcharging batteries as I ruined my Alienware MX17 laptop battery and countless other gadgets due to overcharging or just leaving things plugged in.
