Whenever I plug my Iphone into my comp or wall chager, the message "charging is not supported for this accesory" pops up. I know it is not the cord and neither the computer or charger.

I have a Skull Candy speaker-dock for my ipod nano. I like to power off the dock when I’m not using it, but can I just leave the ipod in the dock? It seems like the ipod remains on while in the dock, so I am forced to pull the ipod out of the dock and turn it off. Is this necessary, or can I just leave the ipod in the dock permanently (which is what I would like to do)?

My iPod died but I still have a Shuffle. Its the kind where docking and charging is done through the headphone jack. The car transmitter for my other iPod had the wide connector and isn’t compatible with the shuffle. I don’t have a cassette in the car, and I don’t have a MP3 jack either. My iPod is messed up, and somehow, I’ve ended up with all of my songs on my iPod but none in my library. I’d like to put them all back into my library, but I don’t know how to. I have limited hard drive space and used to delete songs from my itunes library once it was loaded into my ipod. I have just upgraded to itunes 7.5 and cannot delete songs from the library and not have it deleted from the ipod when it is synced.
