I recently had my ipod in a car dock (fm transmitter) and the fuse blew in the dock, and now the ipod wont turn on, ive tried resetting the ipod but that wont work, what do i do.

ive got an ipod dock with my sony surround sound system and wondered if i can use an iphone with it

I accidentally pulled the cord of the headphones, making the ipod fall. There are no scratches, but is there anything to worry about internally? And aren’t nanos built in with flash memory?

i just need an mp3 player to put into my ihome bike speaker. The knock offs look like they have the same type of dock on the picture, but would it actually work? Would the remote control for it work? I don’t care about brand names i just need something that will play with the remote.

I recently got a docking station with a radio (called an "IMODE") for my IPOD.

When I set the IPOD into the docking station to charge it, it works fine, but it wont play music from my IPOD. It doesnt recognize that there is an Ipod at all.

Is there any certain procedures that I need to do to get to play my music? It is a Second Generation Ipod, I dont know exactly when this Docking Station was made, could the differnt generations make a difference?

I dont have a headphone port or cassette player in my car its just a CD player that isnt manufacturer fitted, is there any adapter I can use to listen to my ipod in my car? please help!

I tried ipod-to-computer programs like tansee etc. But those programs dont recognise my ipod because of its mac format.

The bottom connection on the Zen Vision M appears to be almost the same as an IPOD, but I’m not sure. Has anyone tried using one with an IPOD dock or IPOD accessories? Does it fit and work?

I have the new black 16gb ipod nano.
i aslo got a docking station that says it supports the ipod nano…but when i put the ipod on the docking station, the docking station doesnt charge the nano.

is anyone else having these problems??

I am getting an iPod touch for Christmas, and I’m most likely getting the 1st generation. From what I can see, there aren’t that many differences between the 1st generation and 2nd generation iPod touch…I know of the volume control, the genius feature, and the rounded instead of flat body.
I don’t care about the body shape that much, but are there any other drastic differences between the 1st and 2nd generations of the iPod touch? i’m talking about speed, calibration, all that stuff. Graphics are also important.

ok so i know how to change the icon size on the desktop for vista witch is selecting the icon once and holding down ctrl then using the slide up and down area on the trax pad to size them up and down, my question is how do you change the icon size on the dock to make it smaller if thats possible?

I am desperate after my old one broke. I’ve bought 4. All have terrible AM reception, which is important to me. But I listen to music in the evening, and really want an iPod dock, too. Thank you!!

What is the best docking station for the video Ipod. I’m looking to spend 0. My biggest concern is sound quality.

My brother put the lock on his ipod this weekend. He hasn’t put the lock on his ipod in quite a while so he forgets the lock combination. How do you reset the lock? But when the lock is on you can’t go to music or anything until you get the lock off. Is there a way to reset the lock without totally reseting his ipod?

On Thursday ( 5 pm ) i got home i tried to open the network and type my password. When i typed my password (it is correct), it says "unable to join network". Then i waited for about 15 mins cuz i went doing something else. When i got back i typed my pass again and it worked.

On Friday, when i got home ( around 8 pm ) i tried to open the network but it doesnt work. I pressed inside and it should look a littlesomething like dis:

I cannot join, so i dont have the "tick" beside the Network in the "Wifi Networks" page.
But now i dunno why it has the Tick now. But i dont have the network signal strengh meter in my Dock ( Top left Corner ).

- version 3.1.2
- Have Reseted the Network Settings still dun work.
- no idea what is VPN but it says Not Cofigured

Whenever i plug my ipod touch into any mains charger it says charging not supported with this device.
Is there something wrong with the ipod, or do i need a special charger?
I have tried a mains charger, an ipod dock and a car charger.
