I have a pair of KRK "Rokit Powered 5" monitor speakers (75w biamp with 18dB oct. filters, frequency response 53Hz to 20kHz). They each have a single RCA unbalanced slot and a single TRS Balanced slot in the back to plug cables in. Each speaker has its own power cable. I want to know if there are cable converters out there that will let me connect the iPod Nano to these speakers and get true stereo sound or, if true stereo is not possible, just use the speakers to listen to the iPod. I want to do this instead of buying a docking station.

I have a recently Jailbroken ipod touch, 2.2.1, and I downloaded a theme from the internet to my computer. How do I get that theme from my computer onto my ipod so I can use it with WinterBoard?

i’m getting a Onkyo system (reciever, speakers, & ipod dock) for a total of 0(including 5 yr warranty(.99) and speaker stands(2 set .99). exact amount isnt definite. exact amound isn’t added right, just roughly. still with parents, room is 12X12. HDTV speakers aren’t loud enough. buying this for the future. When i move out i want a system that will last me a good 6-9 yrs of great sound for my bluray xbox, watever. tell me if there’s a cheaper alternate route. i’m set on buying this. any suggestions followed by resources will be helpful.

I have an ipod dock, "iHome," or "ip99," made for regular ipods, will it work for an iPod touch too?

I have a creative zen vision m and i want to get something that will charge it and play music in my room. =P

I have an iPod 60g 4th generation that came loaded with songs. I really don’t know how to use it yet. Is there some way that I can play the music contained in it via some sort of docking station through my stereo and speakers so I can hear the tunes out loud? Am I making any sense? What would the device be called? Any help would be appreciated. I know there must be a way to play the tunes in my house……thanks!

I currently have a classic iPod that I hook up to my head unit’s aux input. It’s very easy to operate while driving. For example, I can skip ahead/back in a playlist or change volume, without even looking at the iPod.

Is the iPod Touch a lot harder to use while driving? Why or why not?

If both of them are not the best compare to others, could you guys recommend some to me?

But in the details it says "Sub Woofer Crossover : 17 Point (40-200Hz)" what does does that mean? Does that how much frequency my subwoofer receives?

Im also looking at the Denon AVR-590 and the Pioneer VSX-819H-K
I like the looks of them all but i rather have the sony because of the bravia sync and the DMPORT (i already own the ipod dock) but im not sure because the THD is really high (1.0% THD at 110watts but at 100watts it’s 0.09%) how ever that stuff works out to…

So what i want to know is what does "Sub Woofer Crossover" mean (because i got a subwoofer with a 23-160Hz frequency response and i want to use it at its full potential) and maybe a recommendation on one of the three receivers…
i also like the sony because of the digital cinema auto calibration feature it has to adjust the speaker levels..

Hi i used to have an ipod video until it broke and i used my docking station with speakers to play my ipod on. I also used the alarm feature and played my music as an alarm. I cant find it on the ipod touch. It seems as if i cant play music at all for an alarm. Is it possible?

By the way i have my ipod touch jailbroken so if there is any third party app that has this alarm feature let me know the source. Thanks!
I know about the alarm feature it has now but the beeps and bops are stupid. Plus i like the convience of having the ipod charging plus waking me up
o i found out what you mean but that is an extra 60 bucks that i dont have right now.

I’ve tried everything and nothing works!!!! I installed the app on my ipod and when i get to itunes its not listed under my ipod. I’ve changed my firewall to off and i’ve changed the preferences to look for devices. My ipod software version is 3.1.3 and im using a toshiba laptop- (if that helps) Is there any other ways to get my ipod touch remote app to work?

i want a good adapter for my ipod to play through the speakers in my car. it has to be good quality and decently priced. i would also like to be able to find it in stores.

Main point being that its a central point for the iPhone/iPod. So you can use it at arms reach and for things like sat nav on the iPhone.

The Main point of it, isn’t the conectivity! its the dock in the front of the headunit. mainly so i can use satnav but its integral to the radio.

I don’t know how to get the ipod to play through the stereo once it is plugged into the console. I’ve looked through my manual, but can’t seem to find the answer.

i used to have a JBL, one that goes around in a circle sort of thing… but anyways the part you stick your ipod on has unfortunately broken off…. tragic. anyways, i’m in need of a replacement

It’s a crosley Ijuke and whenever I plug my touch in it makes this really scratchy sound when it’s plugged in and believe me it’s not the speakers cause it works perfectly with my bros iPod classic so….

I got a new ipod for christmas, i’ve also recently got a new computer.
Therefore, i have none of the songs that was on my old ipod on my computer, which means i can’t put the songs onto my new ipod.
Is there any way i can get the songs of my old ipod and onto my new ipod?

Hey ive had my Itouch for abt 9 months now, and the the pins on the dock connector are bent way out of shape, I have no clue how that happened, anyone know how i can fix it or if i can take it to apple or anyother store that can fix it. Oh and my ipod is jail broken to soo i cant really take it to apple, or restore it coz it wont sync or charge and currently its out of battery.
